Enable required flags

sparcl uses very early WebXR features, currently only available with Chrome, some even hidden behind a flag. Please follow these steps to enable them:

Enter chrome://flags/ to open the special flags overview page

Search for WebXR

The WebXR incubations imtem should show up

Select enabled from popup menu and restart browser

With this, sparcl should do its job :)
